Updates for My Projects - Progress Report

Here's some quick updates for my writing projects:

My editor just said she'll be done editing Star City on November 1st. I'm very excited to receive my first professional edit and begin querying agents/publishers again with the improved manuscript.

For The Last Prince, it's taking me longer to outline than I expected. I wanted to be more organized; brainstorm a pretty detailed plot before actually writing the first draft. Also, for the first time I'll be writing in 1st person POV. I want to try something different. Unlike Star City, The Last Prince is a more character-driven story, so I want the audience to be feel more connected to the protagonists.

Finally, I wish I could participate in NaNoWriMo. Unfortunately, November would be very busy for me. Not only will I start another round of querying with Star City, I got my PhD candidacy exam to prep for. For those of you who will do the challenge, best of luck!
